Camelidynamics Training Workshop
November 15th & 16th , 2008

West Ranch will host its second
Camelidynamics Training Workshop. If you have not yet
experienced Marty’s techniques and training, this is a weekend
you will not want to miss. Please sign up on line or get more

Training is a respectful, quiet, thoughtful approach to working
with animals that purposefully helps the animal and the owner
work together in the most calm manner possible.
Marty is known throughout the world for her work in training
camelids and we are very lucky to be hosting her for a second
time at West Ranch.

The Right Start –
Or How to Succeed in the Alpaca Business
with a Little Help from Friends
June 21st and 22nd,
2008
West Ranch is pleased to offer this two day seminar that
will put you on the right track and tentatively includes the following
speakers:
Amanda VandenBosch – International and AOBA Judge
and Alpaca owner, Amanda has made a name for herself throughout
the world
speaking on many alpaca related topics. Amanda is widely known as
one of the experts in the world of alpacas – both fleece and
confirmation. West Ranch is very honored to have Amanda return for
her fourth annual appearance at our event.
Verva Enoch – As a livestock tax specialist, Verva
is able to offer attendees a lot of valuable information
relative to the financial aspects of alpaca ownership. Many
previous attendees have found Verva’s tips to be some of the
most
valuable parts of this informative seminar.
Victoria and Ken Hibbits – Victoria and Ken are
alpaca owners and specialists in the area of marketing and
internet use. As a recently accredited AOBA judge, Ken also brings
to the seminar the most current in the world of showing and
judging. Long time friends of West Ranch, Ken and Victoria
will share their ideas about the best way to market your alpaca
business to gain success in a cost effective and thoughtful
manner.
The line up of speakers in addition to the Women of
West Ranch, will make this a weekend you will not want to miss.

Saturday, March 1 ~ Camelidynamics Refresher Day
| Anyone who has attended a Camelidynamics
training in the last 6 years is invited to
come to a “play day” at West Ranch.
Attendees will work with West Ranch alpacas
working on the Camelidynamics techniques
that all have learned. Equipment will be
available but attendees are welcome to bring
their own (please mark it), pens will be set
up, an obstacle course will be available,
animals will be ready to go!
