The Eye Behind the Camera
|
A 2-Day seminar with Jennifer Clark |
Will be held at West Ranch Los Olivos, California
Internationally recognized alpaca photographer,
Jennifer Clark, will present a two-day hands-on
workshop combining classroom time with actual
time in the field photographing alpacas. Cost
$200 per person which will include 2 breakfasts,
2 lunches and Saturday evening wine reception.
Participants must bring a working digital
camera. We recommend bringing your laptop and a
digital card reader (or your cameras cord) for
downloading images. Participation is limited to
15 people so sign up today!

This 2 –day, hands-on seminar, will combine
classroom time with actual time in the field
photographing alpacas. This seminar will
include:
-
How to
pre-visualize the desired results of your photos
before taking a shot.
-
How to set
the scene for optimum results: discuss it in the
classroom, practice it in the field.
-
How to use
techniques that will capture your alpacas in the
best possible light.
-
How to take
fleece shots, a valuable marketing tool. Learn
the theory, and then try it out on live alpacas
and on shorn fleece.
-
Evaluation
and analysis of the photos taken during the
seminar.
Jennifer Clark has spent the past 20 + years
photographing camelids all over the world. Her
work has appeared countless times in the AOBA
publications (most recently her work adorned the
cover of Alpaca magazine), many ranch websites
and on National and local association websites –
www.socalpaca.org. She is recognized
as a leader in the photography and design world.
Spending two days with Jennifer learning from
her the techniques and art of photographing
camelids is an opportunity not to be missed.
