In addition to his prowess in the
ring, Los Alamos produces heavenly fiber ‹incredibly
dense and crimpy. At over two years old, his histogram
is an impressive 21.7 MC, with a 4.4 SD and 20% CV.
Just two percent of his fibers are over 30 microns in
diameter. Los Alamos comes by his accomplishments
naturally. He is the son of Dom Lucilio, a Royal Fawn
son, who himself was the National Champion fawn male.
Dom Lucilio is one of the highest selling males in the
Alpaca World. He has perfect conformation and perfect
bite. Los Alamos has been a prize-winning stud
option at West Ranch. |

Los Alamos boasts 14 major show wins in his first year
in the show ring, including several Championship and
Reserve Championships ‹an outstanding accomplishment
for a white male. At his most recent outing, the
CalPaca Festival and Show, Los Alamos won a First
Place blue ribbon for Full Fleece Halter, as well as
the coveted First Place Judges' Choice Award.
Owned in partnership with two other ranches Alpacas
del Valle Cereza, Cherry Valley, CA, and El Corazon en
